Craft Workshops – Autumn 2024

Select your craft workshops

This project is funded by the UK Government.

We're excited to offer a subsidised craft workshop program for autumn 2024! Thanks to grant funding, we can offer both full-day and half-day workshops on Fridays and Saturdays at Simpson Hall for just £10 (half-day) and £20 (full-day). Eight places are available per workshop.

How to Register:

  1. Click "Start" below to select the workshops you'd like to attend.
  2. Enter your contact details so we can keep you updated.
  3. Click "Finish" to submit your registration.

Places are limited and if demand is high, we may limit the number of workshops you can attend. If a workshop is full, you can still join the reserve list. We may be able to offer places if others cancel or add more workshops in the future.

Thank you for your interest!

REMEMBER TO CLICK "FINISH" AFTER YOU HAVE ENTERED YOUR NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS - THANK YOU

Tutor - Ginn Downs

Workshop Date - Friday 22nd November
Half day workshop 9:30am - 12:30pm

"Mono printing is an exciting printing technique which appeals to all ages and abilities.

As the name suggests you create ‘one off ‘prints, although two or even three images can sometimes be printed off.

We will use acrylic paints and a variety of tools to create interesting textures and shapes
to produce unique images. These images can be either abstract or figurative depending on your own creative style.

This technique allows for a freedom of expression where there are no rules but, where happy accidents can occur!

All materials and tools provided."
